We developed our Certified Solutions Provider (CSP) dealer network to fill the local service void that exists in the senior living industry as a result of emergency call systems being sold and serviced from afar, causing unacceptable delays and travel expenses when critical on-site service is required. Through our unique CSP program, dealers are certified to sell, install, and service HTS' systems in their authorized region, providing customers with a local 24 hour, 7 day-a-week source for service and support. In addition, CSP dealers offer a one-stop source to Senior Living providers, supplying a wide range of critical low voltage commercial products, such as fire, security, access control, wandering patient, and telephony systems.
